Indiana Code § 23-2-6-5

"Commodity broker-dealer" defined

Sec. 5. As used in this chapter, "commodity broker-dealer" means a person engaged in the business of executing transactions in commodity contracts or commodity options for: (A) the account of others; or (B) the person's own account.
