Delivery of disclosure statements to persons executing agreements

Sec. 7. (a) Prior to the execution of a continuing care agreement, a provider shall deliver to the contracting party and the prospective resident a copy of the initial disclosure statement and the latest annual disclosure statement.       (b) After the execution of a continuing care agreement, a provider shall provide, upon request, a copy of the initial disclosure statement and the latest annual disclosure statement.
