Indiana Code § 23-17-2-25

"Religious corporation"

Sec. 25. "Religious corporation" means a domestic corporation that is: (1) formed as a religious corporation under this title; (2) designated a religious corporation by another law; or (3) organized primarily or exclusively for religious purposes.
