Sec. 0.2. The repeal of IC 23-4-2 by P.L.147-1988 does not impair: (1) or otherwise affect the organization or the continued existence of a limited partnership existing before July 1, 1988; or (2) any contract or affect any right accrued before July 1, 1988.
