Indiana Code § 23-14-33-19

"Financial institution"

Sec. 19. "Financial institution" means a state or national: (1) bank; (2) bank and trust company; (3) trust company; (4) savings bank; or (5) savings association; that maintains a principal place of business in Indiana and is qualified to serve as a trustee.
