"Disinterment"

Sec. 17. "Disinterment" means the recovery of human remains by exhumation, disentombment, or disinurnment. The term does not include: (1) the raising and lowering of human remains to accommodate two (2) interments within a single grave: or (2) the repositioning of human remains or the repositioning of an outside burial container or vault that encroaches on an adjoining grave, grave space, or burial space.
