Indiana Code § 23-14-31-6

"Casket" defined

Sec. 6. As used in this chapter, "casket" means a rigid enclosure that: (1) is made of wood, metal, or other material; (2) is ornamented; (3) has a fixed or nonfixed inner lining; and (4) is designed to encase human remains.
