Sec. 4. As used in this chapter, "body part" means: (1) a limb or other part of the human anatomy that is removed for medical purposes, treatment, surgery, biopsy, autopsy, or medical research; or (2) a human body or a portion of a human body that has been donated to science for medical research purposes.
