Delivery to secretary of state for filing

Sec. 6. (a) The benefit corporation shall deliver, concurrently with the delivery of the benefit report to shareholders under section 4 of this chapter, a copy of the benefit report to the secretary of state for filing. However, the compensation paid to directors and financial or proprietary information included in the benefit report may be omitted from the benefit report as delivered to the secretary of state.       (b) The fee established in IC 23-0.5-9-6 applies to an annual benefit report delivered for filing under this section.   IC 23-1.5 ARTICLE 1.5.
