Sec. 19. "Organic law" refers to the following: (1) The law of an entity's jurisdiction of formation governing the internal affairs of the entity. (2) IC 23-1-40 for a domestic business corporation engaged in a transaction under this article. (3) IC 23-17-19 for a domestic nonprofit corporation engaged in a transaction under this article.
