Sec. 34. (a) The secretary of state shall collect the following fees for filing a biennial report electronically: (1) Twenty dollars ($20), in the case of a for-profit entity. (2) Ten dollars ($10), in the case of a nonprofit corporation. (b) The secretary of state shall collect the following fees for filing a biennial report in a manner other than electronically: (1) Fifty dollars ($50), in the case of a for-profit entity. (2) Twenty dollars ($20), in the case of a nonprofit corporation.
