Sec. 3. The secretary of state shall collect the following fees for filing a restatement of the articles of incorporation of a domestic business corporation or restatement of the articles of incorporation of a domestic business corporation with amendment: (1) Twenty dollars ($20) for an electronic filing. (2) Thirty dollars ($30) for filing in a manner other than electronically.
