Requests to answer interrogatories

Sec. 2. (a) The interrogatories under section 1 of this chapter must be answered not later than thirty (30) days after the date the interrogatories are mailed or within an additional period approved, in writing, by the secretary of state. The answers to the interrogatories must be: (1) full and complete; and (2) made in writing and under oath.       (b) If the interrogatories under section 1 of this chapter are directed to an individual, the individual shall answer the interrogatories.       (c) If the interrogatories under section 1 of this chapter are directed to an entity, a governing person of the entity shall answer the interrogatories.
