Effective 1-1-2026.       Sec. 5. If a person operating a CMRA in Indiana violates any of the requirements described in this chapter or provides information to the secretary of state that the person knows to be false, the person may be prohibited from operating a CMRA in Indiana by the secretary of state.   IC 23-0.5-3 Chapter 3.
