Effective 1-1-2026.       Sec. 3. (a) If a person lists the address of a CMRA in any filing with the secretary of state's office the person must provide: (1) an electronic mail address at which the person may be contacted; and (2) customer information, including names, addresses, and contact information, to the secretary of state's office.       (b) The information provided to the secretary of state's office under subsection (a)(2) shall not be a part of the public record.
