Sec. 2. A public employer or employee may not, in the course of the employer's or employee's prescribed duties: (1) implement any of the theories described in section 1(1) through 1(3) of this chapter; or (2) compel a student to implement any of the theories described in section 1(1) through 1(3) of this chapter.
