Uses of emotional support animal; prescription

Sec. 8. (a) Emotional support animals may be used by individuals with a range of physical, psychiatric, or intellectual disabilities.       (b) To be prescribed an emotional support animal, the individual seeking an emotional support animal must have a verifiable disability. An animal does not need specific training to become an emotional support animal.
