Advance notice

Sec. 24.2. Without the approval of the commissioner or his duly authorized representative, no person may give advance notice of any inspection. A person who recklessly gives advance notice without such authority commits a Class B misdemeanor. Formerly: Acts 1973, P.L.241, SEC.21. As amended by Acts 1978, P.L.2, SEC.2232.
