Indiana Code § 22-4.1-27-2

"Cost per graduate"

Sec. 2. As used in this chapter, "cost per graduate" means an amount equal to: (1) the total amount paid to each eligible program provider that is reimbursed under this chapter for performance milestones met by students within a cohort; divided by (2) the total number of graduates in that cohort.
