Maximum grant amount per employee and per employer

Sec. 7. (a) The maximum grant amount provided to an employer for each eligible employee is five thousand dollars ($5,000). However, if the eligible employee is a high school student, the maximum grant amount provided to an employer for the student is the lesser of: (1) one thousand dollars ($1,000); or (2) not more than one-third (1/3) of the cost of the student's work based learning course.       (b) The maximum grant amount provided to a particular employer is fifty thousand dollars ($50,000).   IC 22-4.1-27 Chapter 27.
