Sec. 5.5. (a) The requirements described in section 5(a) of this chapter do not apply to this section. (b) A high school student is eligible to participate in the program if the student is enrolled in a work based learning course (as defined in IC 20-43-8-0.7 ) that is aligned with the sectors for eligible employment described in section 5(b) of this chapter.
