Rights, duties, and obligations of contracts entered into by state workforce innovation council before its abolishment

Sec. 2. (a) After March 21, 2018, the effective date of P.L.152-2018, a contract entered into by the state workforce innovation council (before its abolishment on March 21, 2018) is a contract of the governor's workforce cabinet established by IC 4-3-27-3 (before its repeal).       (b) The repeal of IC 22-4.1-22 does not affect the right, duties, or obligations of the governor's workforce cabinet (before its repeal) or a person who before March 21, 2018, had a contract with the state workforce innovation council (before its abolishment on March 21, 2018).       (c) A person or the governor's workforce cabinet established by IC 4-2-27-3 (before its repeal) may enforce a right to compel performance of a duty for a contract as if the repeal of IC 22-4.1-22 had not been enacted.   IC 22-4.1-23 Chapter 23.
