Sec. 6. Any interested party to the dispute shall mean and include: (1) the protesting employing unit; (2) the individual protesting the definition of employment under IC 22-4-8 ; (3) the commissioner; and (4) any person appearing to the liability administrative law judge to be necessary or indispensable to the determination of the issues involved in the hearing.
