Indiana Code § 22-4-2-43

Tangible evidence of an active search

Sec. 43. As used in this article, "tangible evidence of an active search" means a written record that: (1) can be verified; and (2) includes the: (A) actions taken to search for work; (B) methods of applying for work; (C) type of work sought; (D) dates and places where work was sought; (E) name of the employer or person who was contacted in regard to the search for work; and (F) outcome of the contact described in clause (E).   IC 22-4-3 Chapter 3.
