Sec. 5. As used in this chapter, "law" includes the following: (1) IC 13 or a rule adopted under IC 13 . (2) IC 15-16-1 or a rule adopted under IC 15-16-1 . (3) IC 22-8-1.1 or a rule adopted under IC 22-8-1.1 . (4) An equipment law.
