Transfer of records and property to mining board

Sec. 3. On July 1, 1985, all records and property of: (1) the department of mines and mining; (2) the board established under IC 22-10-1-5 (before its repeal); and (3) the certification board established under IC 22-10-3-7 (before its repeal); are transferred to the mining board established by P.L.37-1985.   IC 22-10-2 Chapter 2.
