Sec. 3. If an out-of-state public or nonprofit degree granting institution fails to comply with this chapter, the: (1) department may notify the executive officer of the commission regarding the noncompliance; and (2) executive officer of the commission may revoke the authorization granted under IC 21-18-12.2 to the out-of-state public or nonprofit degree granting institution.
