Cooperative extension service; county office; appropriations by county for staff and office expenses

Sec. 1. (a) The office of the cooperative extension service is established in each county.       (b) Each county council shall annually appropriate the amount of money that the county council considers necessary to pay secretarial and clerical employees, travel expenses of the county cooperative extension service educators, rent, office supplies, equipment, and incidental expenses. Each county council may appropriate additional money for the salaries and other personnel costs of the county cooperative extension service educators.
