Sec. 2. "Anatomical education program" means a program that provides for the: (1) acquisition of cadavers for educational purposes for use in health education programs at postsecondary educational institutions; (2) distribution of the cadavers to eligible institutions; (3) use of the cadavers for educational purposes by eligible institutions; and (4) final disposition of the cadavers.
