Sec. 5. If: (1) a school corporation; (2) a charter school (as defined in IC 20-24-1-4 ); (3) a state accredited nonpublic school (as defined in IC 20-18-2-18.7 ); or (4) an eligible school (as defined in IC 20-51-1-4.7 ); has approved a course offered by an eligible institution for secondary credit, a student is entitled to secondary credit toward graduation requirements for each course the student successfully completes at the eligible institution.
