Actions not prohibited

Sec. 2. This chapter does not prohibit: (1) a student from enrolling in or attending an education program when the student is not required to be in attendance at the student's school corporation; (2) a school corporation from: (A) providing a supplemental postsecondary education program to students; and (B) permitting a student to attend an education program during the regular school day or regular school year; or (3) an eligible institution from permitting a student of a school corporation to enroll in or attend a course offered or sponsored by the eligible institution.
