Indiana Code § 21-43-1-3

"Eligible institution"

Sec. 3. "Eligible institution", for purposes of IC 21-43-4 , means an accredited public or private: (1) college; or (2) university; located in Indiana that grants a baccalaureate or an associate degree and offers postsecondary enrollment opportunities.
