Sec. 2. The board of trustees of Vincennes University shall establish plans of education. The plans of education shall embrace each of the languages, sciences, and branches of learning directed to be taught in Vincennes University. [Pre-2007 Higher Education Recodification Citation: 23-13-18-8(3).]
