Sec. 7. As Indiana's community college system, Ivy Tech Community College shall: (1) offer a community college curriculum and training services as described in IC 21-22 and this chapter at all of the college's major instructional sites; and (2) provide an opportunity for students to earn associate degrees that are accepted by four (4) year colleges and universities.
