Sec. 11. Ivy Tech Community College may enter into the contracts that are necessary to provide equipment for a data processing school on or off the premises of: (1) Ivy Tech Community College; or (2) any of the college's campuses. [Pre-2007 Higher Education Recodification Citation: 4-13-6-1.]
