Three year baccalaureate degree program offerings

Sec. 3. (a) Not later than July 1, 2025, each state educational institution shall offer at least one (1) baccalaureate degree program specifically structured to allow a full-time student to complete the baccalaureate degree program within three (3) years.       (b) A baccalaureate degree program described in subsection (a): (1) must include specialized coaching and guidance; (2) must include opportunities for a student to engage in experiential and work based learning; and (3) may not require a student to have already earned credit hours during high school as postsecondary credit through a: (A) dual credit course; (B) dual enrollment course; or (C) similar early college program.
