Sec. 8. (a) Each state educational institution shall provide to the commission for higher education, in a format and frequency prescribed by the commission for higher education and in accordance with state and federal privacy laws, the following information: (1) The number of reverse transfer degrees awarded, disaggregated by: (A) state educational institution campus; (B) program of study; and (C) any other category as required by the commission for higher education. (2) Information regarding the individuals who have been contacted and associate degree audits conducted for the purposes of reverse transfer under this chapter. (3) Information regarding which individuals received an associate degree through reverse transfer under this chapter. (b) Each state educational institution shall provide the commission for higher education with any additional information necessary to implement this chapter, as determined by the commission for higher education.
