Sec. 13. The department shall adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 necessary to implement this chapter. However, the department may not adopt rules to expand or modify the list of communicable diseases in section 2 of this chapter. [Pre-2007 Higher Education Recodification Citation: 20-12-71-21.]
