Curriculum not required for admission to two-year degree programs

Sec. 3. (a) This section applies to: (1) Ivy Tech Community College; and (2) Vincennes University with respect to two (2) year degree programs.       (b) A student who enters a state educational institution to which this section applies to obtain a two (2) year degree is not required to have completed: (1) the Core 40 curriculum established under IC 20-30-10 ; (2) a curriculum that is equivalent to the Core 40 curriculum; or (3) a curriculum aligned with Indiana diploma requirements established under IC 20-19-2-21 ; to be admitted to the state educational institution.
