Indiana Code § 21-40-1-9

"Student"

Sec. 9. "Student", for purposes of IC 21-40-5 , means an individual who, for the first time: (1) physically attends classes at a residential campus of a state educational institution; and (2) is enrolled in a state educational institution as a full-time student (as defined in 585 IAC 1-9-1(27)).
