Individual free speech; institutional advocacy

Sec. 3. Nothing in this chapter may be construed to limit the: (1) free speech of any individual beyond any employment requirements established by the institution; or (2) ability of an institution to advocate for state funding or educational policies to the state or federal government.   IC 21-39.5-5 Chapter 5.
