Indiana Code § 21-39.5-1-7

"Tenure"

Sec. 7. "Tenure" means a status of continuous employment granted to a faculty member of an institution in which the faculty member may not be dismissed except for good cause or in accordance with one (1) or more of the following: (1) The policies and procedures adopted by the institution. (2) An employment agreement entered into between the institution and faculty member.   IC 21-39.5-2 Chapter 2.
