Powers of Indiana University faculty

Sec. 7. The faculty of Indiana University may do the following: (1) Enforce the regulations adopted by the board of trustees of Indiana University for the government of the students. (2) To carry out subdivision (1): (A) reward and censure students; and (B) suspend students who continue to violate the regulations adopted under subdivision (1) until a determination of the board of trustees concerning the students can be made.
