Sec. 3. Subject to IC 5-10.2-2-20 through IC 5-10.2-2-22 , a state educational institution may establish a retirement benefit system for the employees of the state educational institution. [Pre-2007 Higher Education Recodification Citation: 21-6.1-8-2(a).]
