Indiana Code § 21-38-1-5

"Distinguished teacher"

Sec. 5. "Distinguished teacher" means an individual who: (1) has demonstrated excellence in teaching as judged by the individual's students and peers; and (2) is or will be employed in a full-time faculty position at a state educational institution.
