Sec. 3. The University of Southern Indiana may exercise all powers, rights, privileges, and duties conferred upon the University of Southern Indiana or the board of trustees by any statute enacted by the general assembly. [Pre-2007 Higher Education Recodification Citation: 20-12-64-5(11).]
