Sec. 5. (a) The governor shall appoint the members of the board of trustees. (b) If a vacancy occurs during the term of any member, the governor shall appoint an individual to serve the unexpired term of the vacating member. [Pre-2007 Higher Education Recodification Citation: 20-12-64-8.]
