Sec. 6. Meetings of the campus board shall be called in such a manner and at the times, and shall operate under the rules, that the campus board may prescribe. The campus board shall meet at least four (4) times annually. [Pre-2007 Higher Education Recodification Citation: 20-12-61-11(c) part.]
