Sec. 0.3. Any action taken by the board of trustees before April 26, 1989, that would have been legal under: (1) IC 20-12-1-2 , after April 25, 1989, and before its repeal; or (2) IC 20-12-61-13 , after April 25, 1989, and before its repeal; is legalized and validated.
