Indiana Code § 21-18-1-7

"Career and technical education"

Sec. 7. "Career and technical education" means any postsecondary vocational, agricultural, occupational, manpower, employment, or technical training or retraining of less than a baccalaureate level that: (1) is offered by a state educational institution; and (2) enhances an individual's career potential.
